Talent Manager
As Talent Manager you are the first point of contact for a select group of creators. You know their goals, protect their positioning and make sure every partnership moves their career forward.
(01) WHAT YOU WILL DO
- ·Manage the daily business of a small roster of creators
- ·Pitch talent to brands and agencies and build lasting relationships
- ·Negotiate rates, usage, exclusivity and contracts
- ·Plan and follow up campaigns from briefing to reporting
- ·Think along on growth strategy and new commercial opportunities
(02) WHO YOU ARE
- ·Experience in talent management, influencer marketing or partnerships
- ·Strong negotiator who stays calm and friendly under pressure
- ·Fast, structured and proactive in communication
- ·Fluent in Dutch and English
